The Central Hotel Bistro offers home-style meals in a friendly atmosphere for the whole family. Fully renovated in 2010, the Bistro is separate from the bar area, and features a roaring log fire during the cooler months.

The all new menu offers succulent steaks, chicken, hamburgers, fish & chips, shepherd’s pie, sausage & mash and special budget-priced meals throughout the week. At the weekends, the Bistro also offers delicious soups, curries and other exotic dishes, plus desserts and espresso coffees.

Accompany your meal with a glass of fine wine from our bottleshop. Featuring local wines from the Southern Highlands, we offer a selection of red, white, rose and dessert wines from the Southern Highlands wineries, plus a full selection of spirits, beers and mixers.

The Bistro and adjacent entertainment area is also ideal for meetings, birthday parties, weddings and other special events at no additional cost.

The Central Hotel Beer Garden is the largest of its type in Moss Vale, and offers a relaxing venue to enjoy a meal and drinks. In the warmer months, shade umbrellas offer protection, with heaters for the cooler months.
